Yes, you can generally apply for multiple positions at the same time. However, a separate application isn’t strictly necessary. On your first day, our HR team will welcome you and walk you through the most important basics to get you started at HMS. You’ll receive your technical equipment, set up the basic configurations with our help, and get an introduction to key processes and tools.

Of course, we’ll also take a lunch break together. Afterwards, we’ll continue your orientation before taking you on a tour of our offices so you can get to know our facilities better and be welcomed into your department. This way, by the end of the day, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know your new work environment and meet some of your colleagues.

Your team has usually already prepared an onboarding plan for you. You can work through the individual tasks step by step, either on your own or together with a team member. To help you get started, you’ll also be assigned a mentor who will support you during your first few weeks.

Within Germany, you can choose your work location flexibly. If you’d like to work from abroad for a certain period of time and take a “workation,” we can also make this possible under certain conditions. This is generally possible in other EU countries, in countries of the European Economic Area, and in Switzerland.

You can also freely choose your working hours, in line with client appointments or company meetings.

Yes, HMS offers various services as part of our workplace health management program. These include, for example, an annual eye exam and flu shots, as well as programs to actively promote health, such as our Step Challenge, the Active Break, and back care classes. In addition, anonymous counseling is available year-round through our service partner for those experiencing personal or mental health challenges.

Caring for a close family member is a challenging situation that often arises suddenly. We support our employees in this situation by offering individualized options, such as care days, care leave, and part-time work.
